HEAT & AIR - We can operate both systems (heat & cooling), visually check components:, thermostat, ducts, filters , blowers & electric amperage draw. We will assess the capacity of the existing equipment, determine the approximate age, life expectancy and evaluate the systems operating condition.

PLUMBING - We can operate fixtures, check water heaters, exposed pipes, water pressure, and check for natural gas leaks.

ELECTRIC - We can open panels, check exposed wiring, lights, receptacles, switches, safety hazards, and ground connections.
